Husqvarna Forest & Garden ‘s Global Services department is growing and we are looking for a Project Lead who loves creating value for customers and users with services and that can help us drive the development of new services.

Services and Solutions are one of the quickly growing and prioritized functions within Husqvarna Forest & Garden, Global Professional Business Unit. We are a small passionate team with a future portfolio consisting of both core aftermarket services as well as digital. We care about our customers and are always going the extra mile to help them succeed. Our services are offered to our professional (B2B) customers and delivered through our direct sales channels as well as through our global network of sales and service partners.
As Project Lead Global Services, you will support Global Services to plan and lead the development of new functionality in the existing portfolio as well as the exploration, development and scale up new service offerings.
You will be working closely with our Product Categories and Sales Companies to get our customers to use Husqvarna Forest and Garden’s products and services in the best way and see what we can do to help them reaching their goals. You report to the Director of Global Services
This is what you will do most of the time:
- Coordinate and secure progress on key initiatives
- Manage or participate in projects
- Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a clear understanding of future developing needs
- Identify and formulate new business requirements
- Plan, organize and drive the development of new functionality and new services
- Define, develop and follow up our internal way of working
You have good experience from:
- University degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, preferably specializing in Innovation management, Entrepreneurship, Service Design or Service Development
- Planning and project management
- Working with services development and setting business requirements
- Be up-to-date with latest methods of building great services and solutions, such as Lean Startup, Service/ Business design and have used them in everyday practice
- Be a natural communicator both with customers and internally to get the vision and prioritization across
- Be fluent in Swedish and English
- Good presentation skills – both in person and in writing

Location
Our team sits in Jonsered/Gothenburg and Stockholm Sweden. Our work is mixed – we work from home, from the office and we travel occasionally.
