We are looking for you with a technical background who has a sense of structure and details, and enjoy having many daily contacts. The aftermarket sector is going through big changes - the digitalization of information for more efficient and connected maintenance. Join our multinational team and define spare parts for sustainable and flexible industrial service to internal and external customers worldwide.
The role
As a Spare Parts Specialist, you support the service organization by making the correct spare parts available at the right time. You work closely with many different parts of the company - such as R&D, service technicians and supply chain - to make sure the spare parts are relevant, easy to understand, easy to use and easy to purchase. You follow the products all through their lifecycle, from new product development projects via product maintenance to decommissioning. You also ensure that information regarding spare parts is relevant, up-to-date and correct. You develop and improve processes, cooperation and working methods, and provide support and advice to the organization in spare parts-related matters.
Your main tasks:

Create spare parts information

Release spare parts to the supply chain

Maintain spare parts information based on engineering changes

Support the organization on spare parts queries
You report to the manager of the Spare Parts Management team in the Service division.
To succeed, you will need

Some years’ experience from the aftermarket field

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
-
Mechanical degree or similar through experience
-
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
-
Interest in planning and administration
-
Experience from working in a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
