In our Finance & Accounting Solutions Management we taking care of many key services related to financial topics for the Vattenfall business areas and business units cross Europe.
We are looking for a colleague joining our team to strengthen the internal workforce and keep and increase internal knowledge for on premise setups as well as Microsoft Azure hosted with SAP Hana and S4 Hana landscapes.
We are now looking for an ambitious Technical Project Manager SAP ERP in Berlin or Stockholm.
What will you do?
You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as the System Managers, SAP Basis and SAP lead key user cross the organization. You will be involved in a variety of projects such as support package upgrades, project landscape setups here especially for the S4 Hana transformation, drive efficiency improvement initiatives and develop way of working setups related to SAP go live plannings and run books.
You will be working closely with managers and teams across the business, lead project teams as well as interact with senior management to facilitate the internal decision making process.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Coordination of IT projects with focus of technical SAP ERP topics like infrastructure changes, on prem to Azure transition, Support package upgrades and life cycle management for supporting applications like transport management service
Planning and execution of the necessary projects in terms of scope, timeline and budget in line with operational needs of effected business areas and staff functions
Coordination of a cross-functional and international project team
Proactive communication in project management and with internal stakeholders
Berlin or Stockholm
Who are you?
As our Technical Project Manager SAP ERP you bring strong communication skills, an open mindset and an Interest in SAP life cycle and technical topics. You've got a desire to work locally, but in an international environment and the motivation to drive technical projects to the next maturity level.
Next to this you bring:
The basis of your qualification is an IT education / study or a comparable qualification paired with IT affinity
First experiences in the planning and execution of SAP IT projects, at least strong background SAP Basis work (SAP application, interface management, batch job management)
Knowledge of project methods like Prince 2 or IPMA is an advantage
Skills to manage project teams to success with stakeholder management at all levels cross the international organization
Fluency in written and spoken English and one other language (Swedish or German)
