Could you be the full-time Configuration Management Engineer in Gothenburg or Stockholm we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.
You’ll keep the project configuration under control during the whole life cycle of the Project. In addition, you will manage the change process in the Project and ensure Configuration is formalized and adequate at any time to deliver the configuration and change documentation to the stakeholders. You will be a member of the Project Core Team and report your activities to the Project Manager/Line Manager.
We’ll look to you for:

Organize and lead change control boards (CCB) meetings.

Create, implement, update, and maintain the CM Plan and corresponding documents.

Coordinate the CM activities for products/projects.
-
RTC and Synergy knowledge and act as a key point of contact.

Supervise deliveries and assist in release and baseline activities.
-
Release Management ; set and change release states for configuration objects.
-
Configuration and change management process, tools, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Adopt changes related to the CM process.

Generate and maintain KPIs report.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering

Undeniable knowledge of Configuration and Change Management to perform versioning control and change management over the product/project life cycle

Understanding of change control boards (CCBs).

Knowledge of Rational Synergy, IBM change and configuration tools
-
Communication, leadership, and flexibility.
-
Positive attitude towards new challenges.
-
English at a fluent level and Swedish will be considered a plus.
